Today, Sunday, Iraq signed the Joint Operating Agreement (JOA) between the Ministry of Oil, the French Total Energy Company, the Basra Oil Company, and the Qatar Energy Company, in the presence of the Qatari Minister of Energy, the CEO of the French Total Energy Company, the Chairman of the Board of the Turkish “Enka” Company, the Vice President of the Chinese (CPECC) Company, and the Chief Operating Officer of the Korean Hyundai Company.
