The representative of the Al-Sadiqoun bloc, Muhammad Hussein Muhammad Abu Al-Eis, announced that he discussed with the Minister of Education, Ahmed Al-Asadi, a number of important files related to educational, teaching and administrative cadres.

A statement by Representative Abu Al-Eis stated that the meeting discussed the Ministry of Education law and the need to proceed with its resolution, in addition to emphasizing the importance of including sufficient financial allocations for it in the schedules of the upcoming general budget, in a way that contributes to developing the educational reality and improving the work environment for educational staff.

He stated that during the meeting, the issue of calculating certificates for declared contracts was discussed, and it was emphasized that the completion of this eligibility will proceed, and it is hoped that it will be presented to a vote by the opinion body in the Ministry of Education during the coming period.

He explained that the meeting also touched on the issue of fixing the contract segment in all education directorates in the governorates of Iraq, including the 150,000 food security contracts, while emphasizing the need for coordination with the Ministry of Finance to include them in the upcoming federal budget schedules.

He pointed out the continued direct follow-up of these files and high coordination with the Ministry of Education, to ensure justice for this segment and achieve their legitimate aspirations.

At the conclusion of the statement, Representative Abu Al-Eis stressed the importance of proceeding with educational reforms and supporting educational staff in a way that enhances the stability of the educational process in the country.
