The Acting Minister of Education, Ahmed Al-Asadi, issued a directive prohibiting photographing students or publishing video clips from inside private institutes, especially those that show gatherings between students and teaching or administrative staff, considering that these practices represent a clear violation of the sanctity of the educational environment.

The Ministry of Education stated in a statement that the Minister stressed that any visual content produced within institutes and published via digital platforms is considered an unacceptable transgression, as it violates the privacy of students and violates the professional rules that must be adhered to within educational institutions.

Al-Asadi stressed that the educational institute is not a space for media appearances or content production, but rather an educational institution in which the dignity of students is supposed to be preserved and their privacy protected, stressing the need to adhere to disciplined educational behavior.

The statement added that the administrations of private institutes and their owners bear full legal responsibility for any violations of this kind, pointing out that the Ministry will take strict measures against violators without exception, with the aim of strengthening discipline within the educational environment.

The Ministry stressed that this directive comes within the framework of protecting students and consolidating professional controls within private educational institutions.
